This electric range is used for cooking at public eating facilities and made of food safe stainless steel. The electric range has two parts: the upper part, fitted with a thermostat to protect the plate against overheating and subsequent cracking. The lower part is where a forced-air circulation electric oven is located with a thermally insulated stainless steel insert. The oven has two heating elements and two fans. Its internal measurements allow standard GN 2/1 - 650x530 mm baking trays to be used. The top and bottom heating elements are simultaneously regulated and the bottom heating element can be tilted. Operating temperature can be adjusted between 50 and 280°C. The green light indicates when the electric oven is operating while the white light shows the heating elements are warming up, turning off when the desired temperature is reached. The stove is fitted with adjustable legs.

- 1 enamel GN 2/1 roasting tray, 65 mm deep
- 1 enamel GN 2/1 baking tray, 20 mm deep
- 1 chrome-plated GN 2/1 rack
